This is a review for Sun Shore Construction and Danielle. I’m 57 and never had a big job go well. Just not good leadership and slow subs. Danielle and Sun Shore were referred to me for making a 75-yard driveway. A well-dressed guy came to the property that afternoon. Got a quote and an estimate itemized with a pencil right there.

My last contractor told me there was no need for a kind of drainage ditch or grade. The Sun Shore estimator said absolutely you do. I said I wanted the driveway but not the drainage. He said it would be taking my money to do that so they worked with me on the price. The job went fast. I’m proud of the way it looks, especially when family visits because they have to drive the whole way. Well, the yard flooded six months later, by the way. It’s hard to find people who know what they’re talking about.

Sun Shore is a very, very good contractor, and they understand interior decorating, space, and wood and appliances. It’s more than an express remodel. Work with them, and you’ll get a showpiece.
My wife and I have been renters for a long time. We bought a house last year after we found out we were having a baby. We found a good place; it’s not perfect. After a while, the cabinets started falling apart. The kitchen was cramped and old and a mess.

My wife cried when she saw the remodel, especially the kitchen island. The Brazilian rosewood turned out incredible. Nothing creaks or wobbles anymore. The cabinets and drawers feel so sturdy.
