Are you licensed and insured?

Licenses: Yes, Sun Shore Construction Group is licensed, registered, and bonded as required under the state of Texas and within the cities and municipalities where we operate.

Texas does not require a license for general, specialty, home improvement, or roofing contractors. However, Sun Shore Construction Group is a Class “B” licensed HVAC and electrical contractor under the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) and a plumbing contractor under the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners (TSBPE).

This gets confusing, so here’s the short explanation: we comply with local, municipal, and city ordinances, we take special care to post a contractor license bond where we work, and would be happy to provide documentation. (Contractor bonds offer homeowners legal recourse if a contractor fails to complete a project.)

Insurance: Yes, we’re covered by liability insurance and worker’s compensation. Liability insurance protects your property, family, and friends from liability in the unlikely case of damage or injury.

Do you offer a warranty?
